1. Complete the Order Form which will automatically be sent to my email at lisa@spiritualimagesbylisa.com
2. After receiving your order form, I'll email you an invoice itemizing your order, including shipping cost and estimated delivery time. You will have the option of:
a) Paying the invoice immediately on PayPal, a secure payment site, using any major credit card by clicking a link in the email, or
b) Mail me a check at the address on the invoice
3. With either method of payment, your order will be processed and shipped after I receive payment.
Sales Tax:
All product prices listed in this website include sales tax reimbursement of 7.25%. No extra sales tax will be added to your invoice.
Shipping Charges:
All items are shipped First Class U.S. Postal Service or Priority, depending on package size and weight.
United States shipping only; International shipping is not available.
Shipping Rates:
First Class:$2.00 - $6.00
Priority (larger, heavier packages are shipped Priority): $6.00 - $15.00
Product Stock/Delivery Time:
All products, except 11x14 prints and 16x20 prints, are always in stock.
Items in stock are shipped 1-2 business days after receiving your payment.
If ordering 11x14 or 16x20 prints, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after receiving payment.
Refund Policy:
There are no exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds after a completed transaction. If you receive an order that is incorrect, incomplete, damaged or if you do not receive your order contact me at lisa@spiritualimagesbylisa.com and the situation will be promptly corrected.
